Friends:
Cai doesn't have many friends because their higher body temperatures tend to make her uncomfortable. If she does become friends with you, then you'll have to put up with her more odd tendencies such as freezing small spaces so that she can comfortably be there.
Enemies:
pyrokinetics or anyone who creates too much heat. She also doesn't take too kindly to people forcing themselves in to her private bubble. That's more likely to earn you an enemy than a friend.
Lovers:
Cai is a hopeless romantic at heart, but she doesn't know how that would ever work due to her loner lifestyle and the whole body heat issue. Preferably someone who is a cryokinetic or has a similar power that could make things more comfortable for her.

Friends:
Chrissy tends to keep to herself unless she's drinking or getting high. Even then she only sees other people as a necessary evil while she gets her fix. She needs a friend, but doesn't want one due to her own self hatred. Approach her with caution.
Enemies:
Government officials and games representatives tend to annoy her greatly. The only people she sometimes puts up with are her styling team, and that's a maybe. If you enjoy the games or want to treat her like some sort of hero, you might want to rethink your life choices while you still can.
Lovers:
it'll take someone with a heart of gold and tough skin to save this broken Victor. She doesn't have much hope for the future and fears letting people close.

Harper is a sweetheart and could literally be friends with anyone. She loves to shop and have a good time, and will literally be your bff if you'll let her play with your hair.

it is really hard to get on Harper's bad side. She loves people and being social, however she is fairly protective of her husband and siblings. As long as you don't do anything to mess with them, she won't have a problem with you.
Lovers:
Harper is proudly taken by Victor @riley. They are happily married and enjoy living in the capital together. Well, most of the time.

most authority figures tend to have a problem with shane, as would people who don't have thick skin. he isn't a bad kid, he just rubs people wrong sometimes.
Lovers:
shane doesn't necessarily have a type, but he'd really like someone to just hang out with. preferably someone who is either going to calm him down or be a compatible kind of crazy.

caddy doesn't spend much time around people other than her grandpa. her abrasive personality tends to attract the wrong sort of attention and she doesn't put up with stupidity or rudeness very well. however, she isn't a complete loner and would be more than willing to hang out with people who aren't complete jerks.
Enemies:
anyone who is too stupid for their own good or thinks they are better than everyone else. seriously, bullies aren't worth the space their wastin. she doesnt have time for those shenanigans.
Lovers:
caddy hasn't give much thought to what kind of guy she would date. she's a little young to have that all worked out, but she would probably give it a try if she met a guy worth her time.

mel is pretty easy to get along with and very social. if she's thinks it's fun, she'll be there. The only thing that really separates her from some of her peers is her lack of interest in training for the games. She'll leave that for her boyfriend, thank you very much.

not many people have gotten under Mel's skin so far. As long as you don't mess with her or her close friends and siblings, you should be pretty good to go.
Lovers: Mel is dating @braxton and is as serious about him as she gets. Sorry guys!

while alex doesn't mind having fun every now and then, he values people who know when to be serious. training for the games or training in general is a pass time of his even though he won't likely volunteer.
Enemies:
people who he views area waste of space and don't contribute to society. even his sister tends to annoy him sometimes with her lack of participation or want to learn. don't be a lazy bum and he should be pretty okay with you
Lovers:
he has a crush on long time friend @octavia and doesn't care that his sister is dating her older brother. one of these days he's going to work up the courage and actually ask her out.

as a healer, Amy has been exposed to many people throughout the district. she tries to care for everyone and it takes a lot to get under her skin. just don't be an all out jerk and she'll be friends with you.
Enemies:
amy was raised to be an almost extreme pacifist, to the point of not being able to adequately defend herself in violent situations. people who condone those acts or enjoy things such as the games disgust her and she attempts to not be around them whenever possible. at this time she is only passive aggressive or sarcastic to people she doesn't like and prefers to try and win them over with kindness.
Lovers:
ever since Amy helped save @finley 's life at the age of 10, she's had a crush on him. even after fin volunteered for the games, she still found herself caring and worrying for him, and was very happy when he came home the victor.
Relationships:
@finley | final | right now we're kinda complicated. I like him a lot and he pretty much just saved my life.
@braydon | enemy | the reason why fin had to save my life. hates me because i wouldn't date him when he wanted me to. now might have some sort of weird obsession? who knows.

Friends:
sam doesn't have many real friends. lacky or minion tends to be a better word. he has quite a few leadership qualities that tend to draw people to him even though he's a pretty bad dude once you get to know him. most people don't tend to see his darker side until it's too late though.
Enemies:
being the center of his own world, Sam tends to not take kindly to people getting between him and whatever he is fixated on at the time. attempting to report him to the authorities is another good way to get on his bad side. just stay out of his way and hope you don't find your way on to his bad side.
Lovers:
as long as sam gets to be the big man in charge, he doesn't care. right now he's for his sights set on @amaryllis and will stop at nothing to get her. maybe someone will come along and change his mind?
Relationships:
@amaryllis | love interest/enemy | hot chick I went to school with. she hates my guts for trying to break her rule, but one of these days she'll figure it out. and for the record? I never touched the girl.
@finley | enemy | Victor who needs his head kicked in. he's trying to steal my girl and that just isn't going to work.
