Personality:
Fin gives a rough first impression. He comes across as cold and uncaring when really he's just shy and wary. He is ambitious though, which is the main reason that he tries to overcome this first impression and be personable, though he struggles with it. He is slow moving when it comes to making friends, but once you get there he will do anything for you.
Once past the rough exterior, you will find a reckless and extremely passionate individual. Fin stands by the things he cares about and the people he loves. Though few, his friends are incredibly important in his life, as well as his family.
When it comes to romance, Fin is quite inexperienced. He would, however, be the type to become attached very quickly once he became interested in someone. He would take it slow physically and verbally, but mentally he would be considering the future of the relationship' really on. This is how fin is with most things-envisioning the future.

COMING SOON: @malia Personality:Malia is very compassionate toward those around her. She isn't easy to fall into trust, but once she does you can bet that she will have your back through anything. No matter your circumstance, your background, your battle scars- she will befriend you if your heart is in the right place. She is very empathetic and concerned for others. As mentioned previously, Malia is slow to trust. She has been hurt in the past and makes it a point to take her time getting to know someone before she will let herself trust them. She often sympathizes for people long before she allows them to care for her, however. She approaches many situations with careful thought and attention, making her an excellent strategist. Malia cares for all of Gods creatures and shows kindness to those she meets early on. Even though she is careful not to get into potentially dangerous situations, she starts caring for something the moment she meets them, wanting to know their history and their goals. She is incredibly loving to those that she is already close to and can often be seen bringing soup and comfort to the ill or injured. Relationships:

Personality:
Andy is a bubbly person an very good at making new friends. She is also a bit eccentric, but that often comes with the territory of being part of the capitol.
Andy is incredibly blunt, however and this often helps her to make a few enemies. She is rarely afraid to speak her mind and often tells people her assessments of them outright. Considering these are often rooted in truth, people can either laugh about it or be very angry about it.
She is kind however, or at least she tries to be. She doesn't like anyone to really feel like she is targeting them by analyzing them. She really just wants people to feel like they are important. She wants to fix people. At least, in her vision of fixing. She thinks that by being bluntly honest she's really helping them.

Personality:
A vicious little creature, Cord does what she wants when she wants to do it. She has very little patience or respect for her elders, basically thinking that she is the queen of the world. She has real feelings, somewhere down there, when she's not using boys or doing make up on tributes. She loves make up, fashion and all of that jazz. She likes to look good and make sure she is up to the latest trends, improving them even. She is a fun loving adrenaline junkie, who can't sit still for more than two minutes unless it's for fashion purposes. She has high ambitions, hoping one day to lead a make up design team of her own. She watches the games, loving to see who is able to keep up their looks in the blood and horror of the games. A part of her wants to be involved herself, if not to show them that they can in fact look good and die at the same time. But, alas, she's too busy making them look good for the parades and whatnot.

Alright so here are plotting ideas for my four characters:
@finley &
@owen: Only would have met briefly if he was injured during training before or after the games, other than that unlikely they would know each other.
@riley: Both are former victors from neighboring districts, they could know each other and be on polite terms but I don't think there would be any deep friendship more than acquaintances.
@lizzie: she is from district four so they do not know each other at all, and unless she is reaped and survives I doubt they will meet.
@orion: he is a member of district seven and again similar to Elizabeth I doubt they will meet.
@andy &
@owen: Both are capitol citizens and work as part of the games, though she is a little older than him there is a chance that they might be friends or acquaintances. Potentially more if you want to play with that.
@riley: Her brother in law, not sure if she likes him seeing as he is a victor and used to live in district eleven for most of his life. I could see her being the sister in law he likes more.
@lizzie and @orion : Unless they are reaped for the games and she is part of the design team I don't think that they will ever meet.

@owen: Both are capitol citizens and work as part of the games, not sure what type of relationship he has as he prefers to not watch the games, and only works with them as it is the best way to use his healing powers. We could see how they react.
@riley: Her brother in law, not sure if she likes him seeing as he is a victor and used to live in district eleven for most of his life. Her focus and attention to fashion is something that will put him off especially as she likes seeing who can look the best while competing in the games.
@lizzie and @orion : Unless they are reaped for the games and she is part of the design team I don't think that they will ever meet.

@owen: Hmmm, I think these two would surely know one another! We should thread them and see how they play together!
@riley: Oh, she definitely likes Riley. She would joke around with him about his tribute days and how fashionable she made him look. I see room for close friends here.
@cord &
@owen: Hmm... Yeah, she probably wouldn't be that interested in hanging with him, but she may flirt with him just to be a flirt.
@riley: I do not see these two getting along. She probably flirts with him like a little creep but is also incredible mean to him, treating him like he's beneath her.
