PERSONALITY ► Quinn is quick witted and intelligent. She is the kind of person who loves school and learning because it opens her up to a world she has never seen before. She strives to find the truth in everything she does and hates when people lie to her. Consequently, she is also a terrible liar. Quinn can hardly keep her shit together if she is trying to tell a lie.

Quinn also loves to talk. She can talk so much that people will literally get up and walk away and be gone for many minutes before she even realizes they have gone anywhere. She loves to read and watch people. Often, if she has nothing to do for a long while, she will find a seat on a bench in the town square and just watch people walk by. She especially loves being around kids and has a few baby-sitting jobs to help the families in the Seam while their parents are at work.

POWER DESCRIPTION ► Quinn has the ability to sense the powers of others. The other person has to be within fifty feet of her in order for her to be able to identify the power. When people enter the fifty foot radius around her, she feels them instantly, whether she can see them or not.

When she touches someone directly, she can actually see the potential of their power and whether or not they have reached it. The biggest downfall of her power is that she can get a killer headache if she is around too many supers all at once. Feeling at the powers at the same time can make her confused and distracted and every now and then she will feel sick.

BENNETT RAYMOND SEELY ► Bennett is a mine worker in District Twelve. He is a caring and loving father who likes to read to his only daughter.
RYANNA PENELOPE SEELY ► Ryanna is a cute woman who teaches at the school in District 12. She is sweet and loving and probably cares more about her students and the children of District twelve than any other teacher at the school.

HISTORY ► Even though they live in District 12, the Seely's were not part of the dark haired Seam crowd. Both of her parents had respectable jobs in the district and brought in a healthy income. They lived in a small neighborhood near the merchants' households. It also helped that they only had one child, a daughter.

Quinn always loved to go to school Even before she was old enough to start school, she read books with her father and studied math with her mother. She liked to talk and her parents agreed it was better for her to talk about things she learned in school rather than some of the more dangerous things that might pop up in the life of a young girl with no filter.

To this day, Quinn is the top in her grade at school and looking forward to graduating so that she can be a teacher as well.
