PERSONALITY ► Andy is a bubbly person an very good at making new friends. She is also a bit eccentric, but that often comes with the territory of being part of the capitol.

Andy is incredibly blunt, however and this often helps her to make a few enemies. She is rarely afraid to speak her mind and often tells people her assessments of them outright. Considering these are often rooted in truth, people can either laugh about it or be very angry about it.

She is kind however, or at least she tries to be. She doesn't like anyone to really feel like she is targeting them by analyzing them. She really just wants people to feel like they are important. She wants to fix people. At least, in her vision of fixing. She thinks that by being bluntly honest she's really helping them.

POWER DESCRIPTION ► Andy has the ability to see through solid matter. She generally only uses this for fun, spying on people and freaking them out later by bringing up what they were doing before. She doesn't do it that often and therefore isn't very well practice at it. If she does it for too long, her visions gets blurry for hours to days at a time, which really interferes with her work. She often doesn't bother using this ability. Still, it can come in handy for a good joke. Sometimes, however, it can happen on accident. Currently there is no explanation as to why this happens, and she really should start looking into it.

HISTORY ► Life was simple for a kid in the capitol. Growing up you had whatever you wanted and never had to fear for your life. Her parents were socialites, and so she was by birth. She was always a little more eccentric than the other kids her age, trying styles that weren't really as outgoing as most capitol people but somehow seemed to get more attention. As she got into the styles of clothing and fashion, her younger sisters found their niches in hair and make upl. Soon, the three became quite a fashionable team.

At the age of twenty five, Andy was given her first job as a designer for the Hunger Games. As a designer for district 11, Andy hired her two sisters as assistants and the three became a well known cosmetic trio. Eventually her sister got married, and that was basically the fashion event of the year in the Peace families eyes.

Now, Andy works as a fashion designer still, getting different or repeating districts each year. She rarely watches the games, and didn't really as a child either. Something about seeing kids who looked just like her younger siblings made it unbearable, she didn't understand how other parents could watch it. But the pregame interviews, the parade and the fashion-that was something she was interested in. She just wants to fix people, make them feel beautiful-whether they're going to die or not.
