PERSONALITY ► Owen is rather serious and focused and always was since his family was determined to rise through the ranks of the capitol. He is loyal to a fault where he will risk everything to keep his friends and those he sees as real family safe, he doesn't agree with his parents beliefs at all.

Though he is serious he is also deeply loving and caring, and his compassion for others could be one of his greatest flaws if the capitol were ever to find out his true beliefs. Though unable to save all the tributes he will risk his life to save the victors if they are severely injured once they have won.

POWER NAME ► Healing
POWER DESCRIPTION ► He is able to heal all small cuts, scraps and stab wounds, however, the larger the wound the more energy that he is forced to use. He is not afraid to go to the point of exhaustion, though it wouldn't help him if he were in a fight. He can also heal other sorts of minor wounds such as burns as well.

When he is healing larger injuries that the victors normally come back with he uses his power as much as he can so that the victor can recover sooner. Once he has reached the limit of his power he will end up sleeping for several hours and as such needs to remember to eat a solid meal.

HISTORY ► Owen's parents had sided with the capitol and found themselves rewarded with a nice home and ample income but his father wanted more and so unlike many chose to work in the government. He slowly made his way up the chain of command but still in the grand picture of the capitol he is little more than a government lackey who has drunk a little to much of the kool aide. Owen from a young age couldn't understand why there were people who couldn't enjoy the same benefits of the capitol.

Owen found himself trying to help all those he could, even the Avox who worked in his home, he treated them well and if his father in a rage had hurt them he used his healing gift on them. He attended school and never spoke out of turn knowing how it could turn against his family and though he disagreed with their beliefs they were still his parents. Once out of school and old enough he began working as a healer with in the games system, during the training period he helped make sure any injuries were looked after before the games.

As he progressed in the role he soon was made a member of the staff who looked after the victor once the games were completed. Each year he finds his distaste in the games growing but there is little he can do to speak out against them, so instead he will keep trying to help those he can even if he can't save them all.
